At Wilkerson Trailers, we are committed to delivering your trailer safely, efficiently, and on time. This Shipping Policy explains how we process orders, estimated delivery times, shipping charges, and important delivery information for customers in the United States and Canada.
Shipping Regions
Wilkerson Trailers currently offers trailer delivery throughout the continental United States and Canada.
If your delivery location is in a remote or difficult-to-access area, additional delivery arrangements may be required. Our team will contact you before shipment if any special arrangements are necessary.
Order Processing
Once your order has been confirmed and full payment has been received, we begin preparing your trailer for shipment.
This includes:
- Order verification
- Final trailer inspection
- Documentation preparation
- Delivery scheduling
Processing Time: 1–2 Business Days
Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.
Order Cut-Off Time: 5:00 PM (Central Time)
Orders received after the daily cut-off time will begin processing on the next business day.
Shipping Charges
Wilkerson Trailers offers standard delivery for a flat shipping fee of $750 USD.
This shipping charge covers transportation of your trailer from our facility to your approved delivery location within our standard delivery regions.
If additional delivery services are required because of location restrictions or other exceptional circumstances, our team will contact you before shipment to discuss available options.
Estimated Delivery Times
After your trailer has been dispatched, estimated transit times are:

Your estimated delivery time includes both processing and transit.

Transit Time:
- United States: 5–7 Business Days
- Canada: 5–10 Business Days
Estimated total delivery:
- United States: 6–9 Business Days
- Canada: 6–12 Business Days
Delivery Appointments
Some deliveries require a scheduled delivery appointment.
If applicable, our delivery team will contact you to arrange a convenient delivery date and time before arrival.
Please ensure someone is available to receive and inspect the trailer upon delivery.
Tracking Information
Once your trailer has been dispatched, you will receive shipment confirmation together with available tracking information or delivery updates.
Our team remains available throughout the delivery process should you have any questions regarding your shipment.
Inspecting Your Trailer
Customers should carefully inspect their trailer immediately upon delivery.
If you notice:
- shipping damage;
- missing components;
- incorrect trailer delivery;
please notify Wilkerson Trailers within 72 hours of delivery.
Prompt reporting allows us to resolve shipping issues as quickly as possible.
Canadian Deliveries
We proudly deliver trailers to customers in Canada.
Canadian customers may be responsible for any applicable customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, or other government charges imposed by Canadian authorities unless otherwise agreed in writing before shipment.
Delivery Delays
Although we strive to meet every estimated delivery date, delays may occasionally occur because of:
- severe weather;
- transportation disruptions;
- road closures;
- carrier scheduling;
- circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
If a delay occurs, we will keep you informed throughout the shipping process.
