WILKERSON TRAILERS works hard to deliver high quality trailers that precisely match your requirements. We acknowledge that you might need to return to a trailer in certain situations. The rules for returning a trailer to WILKERSON TRAILERS are described and well explained in this policy.

30-Day Return Window

We mainly offer a 30-day return window for all our new and used trailers. This period starts from the date you receive the trailer at your delivery location.

Reasons For Return

We accept returns for the following reasons:

  • Order Cancellation: If you need to cancel your order before the trailer is dispatched from our vicinity, please make ensure you get to us immediately so we can process a full refund for your order.
  • Damaged Trailer On Arrival: If your trailer arrives damaged during transportation, please notify us within the first 72 hours of delivery. We will arrange for an inspection and promptly issue a full refund or replace the trailer, depending on your preference at no cost.
  • Change of Mind (within the return window): If you change your mind about your purchase after receiving the trailer, you may return it within 30 days and a restocking fee of 0% of the purchase price will be applied. So a full refund will be issued using the original payment method.
  • Faulty Manufacturing or Defect: The trailers we possess are built to last, but if for some reason you discover a manufacturing defect within the warranty period, please contact us immediately. We will work with you to arrange a repair or replacement, as covered under our warranty policy (see details on our warranty policy page).
  • Change Of Mind: If you happen to change your mind about your purchase after you’ve received the trailer, you may return it within 30 days, provided it remained unused and in it’s original condition. A restocking fee of 0% of the purchase price will be applied.
  • Exchange: If you require a different size, brand or type of trailer, we may be able to facilitate an exchange. Please contact us to discuss your requirements and any applicable fees.
  • Wrong Product Received: If the trailer you received is different from what you ordered, please contact us as soon as possible. We will arrange for the right trailer to be delivered and pick up incorrect trailer at no additional cost.

To initiate a return, please contact us within the 30-day window by email at contact@wilkersontrailers.com. We will ask you for your order details and reason(s) for return.

  • Returned trailers must be in their original condition new or used, with all parts and accessories included.
  • We reserve the right to reject returns that do not meet our return policy guidelines.
