14-Day Return Window:
We offer a 14-day return window for all new and used trailers. This period begins from the date you receive the trailer at your delivery location.
Reasons for Return:
We accept returns for the following reasons:
Order Cancellation: If you need to cancel your order before the trailer is dispatched from our yard, please contact us immediately. We will process a full refund for your order.
Damaged on Arrival: If your trailer arrives damaged during transport, please notify us within 72 hours of delivery. We will arrange for an inspection and promptly issue a full refund or replacement trailer, depending on your preference at no cost.
Change of Mind (within the return window): If you change your mind about your purchase after receiving the trailer, you may return it within 14 days, provided it remains unused and in its original condition. A restocking fee of 15% of the purchase price will apply. A refund will be issued using the original payment method.
Faulty Manufacturing or Defect: Our trailers are built to last, but if you discover a manufacturing defect within the warranty period, please contact us. We will work with you to arrange a repair or replacement, as covered under our warranty policy (see details on our Warranty page).
Exchange: If you require a different size or type of trailer, we may be able to facilitate an exchange. Please contact us to discuss your requirements and any applicable fees.
